A Grand Sister?

DIAMOND BEACH - Achristavest developers of The Grand at Diamond Beach will appear before Lower Township Planning Board June 19 at 7 p.m. with an application for preliminary and final site plan approval to construct a 12-story, 98 unit condominium building at the current location of Pier 6600 motel at 9601 Atlantic Avenue.

Archristavest is currently constructing the 12- story Grand that will contain 125 upscale condominium units along with associated amenities and recreation areas.

The Grand broke ground on the $ I00 million dollar project in March 2007 with substantial completion to be achieved this fall.
