Eustace W. Mita, the driving force behind Achristavest, LLC., and the entrepreneur responsible for coordinating our efforts. Eustace possesses the uncanny ability to coordinate and focus a team’s energies. It’s this desire to pursue only those efforts which derive the most impact and provide the greatest results to both Achristavest and its customers, which drive his efforts. Most importantly, Mr. Mita’s vast network of financial institutions, builders, and real estate professionals provide for a reliable system when quick execution is warranted.

ARCHITECTURE & DESIGN
Donald Zacker is a registered architect who heads our design team. Don and his team work closely in developing conceptual ideas that will ultimately translate into functional award winning designs. Don understands the realities of project sites, schedules, and more important, budgets. His design approach is to create projects whose functionality and vision stand the test of time. Don is focused on controlling costs and increasing our return on investment through the use of well executed architectural elements & design.

LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURE & PLANNING
Victor DePallo is a licensed landscape architect with over 20 years of experience. Victor takes the lead in community-wide planning, commercial site planning, as well as custom residential landscape design. He is dedicated to utilizing sound design principles and providing the highest professional service to each and every one of our projects. Victor has an outstanding track record and a distinguished reputation for problem solving.

ENGINEERING & LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURE
Vincent Orlando is both an engineer and licensed landscape architect with a passion to balance society’s developmental needs with the promise of preserving the environment. Vince specializes in both site design and planning and continues to bring added-value to each one of our projects. Since engineering is one of the primary steps in any development, Vince’s expertise assures our projects a fast-track to completion.

REAL ESTATE ACQUISITION
Paul Chiolo has been a licensed real estate broker for over twenty years. Paul has managed a multitude of our transactions from single lot acquisitions to entire communities. Our general contractors, bankers, and investors all value the knowledge Paul brings to our projects. His foresight to see value where others have not has created numerous opportunities for Achristavest and our investors.

MANAGING DIRECTOR
Dimitri Frangiadis is a Professional Engineer and a LEED Accredited Professional with twenty years experience in the management of design and construction for a multitude of projects. Dimitri brings his talents to orchestrate the implementation of ACHRISTAVEST’s vision in managing resources, schedules and budgets to maximize the value of each asset. Utilizing the best management practices and keen design sensibilities, Dimitri works diligently with the ACHRISTAVEST team to assure that the end product meets or exceeds the original vision, creating unique environments that set the standards for quality and sustainability.

STRATEGIC CONSULTANT
Josh McCallen is a MBA with international experience in management and marketing. Josh provides comprehensive client focused project management. His expertise follows our unique projects from concept, through construction, and ultimately assures complete satisfaction by providing world class personalized service. Spending four years managing European operations for a leading U.S. organization has provided an excellent foundation for his work with Achristavest. His in-depth knowledge, experience, attention to detail, and his focus on all elements of design, enhance the aesthetics and function that contribute to the distinctive and classical style of every Achristavest luxury property.

MANAGING DIRECTOR
Eustace Mita Jr. is a seasoned operations manager. With his past experience managing large automotive retail operations and client service teams in the banking industry, Euse is responsible for expense control and financial analysis on existing projects. With a passion for growing businesses, Euse is involved in all facets of Achristavest including acquisitions of new property and opportunities

CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
Buck Marczak is an expert builder with over 30 years of experience in the building trades and direct construction management. Buck has personally managed over $200M worth of luxury residential construction. His unique management style offers consistent excellence and detailed follow through at a level which is unprecedented in residential construction. Buck tackles every challenge with a positive attitude and eager desire to build masterpieces from initial conception through the demanding details of high-level completion.

MARKETING & ADVERTISING
Robert Zikowski is a seasoned marketing strategist. With a focus on  brand building, Robert launches our numerous real estate campaigns which involve a strategic combination of research, award winning creative design, advertising and public relations.  His success is based on a “blueprint strategy” which involves implementing certain formulas and marketing patterns to achieve powerful results. Robert is a perfectionist, welcomes new challenges, and holds true passion throughout all phases of development.
